Sharath Jois & Isha Singh Sawhney

Sharath Jois is the grandson and student of the greatest Ashtanga master K. Pattabhi Jois, who was responsible for making yoga popular in the West. Sharath is the head of the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, where thousands of students from around the world come to learn from him. Sharath is Pattabhi Jois’s only student who has studied and continues to practise the complete six series of the Ashtanga Yoga system.
